Pipe Reticulation System

This Pipe Reticulation System is a new concept in the area of pest control treatment for control of termites, successfully developed by us and a very cost effective infrastructure installation for the first time in India, for the permanent Solution of termites.

It is a unique method of filling the pesticides through the already laid pipelines with the help of emitters, which will avoid entry of termites in the structure. This pipe is laid during construction of house before the flooring. The substitute, which is available today, is not stable in the soil for longer period. So, through years of continued Attempts, inventions and experiments we have been able to successfully develop this infrastructure, which will effectively prevent penetration of termites. Although we are installing it below the floor level, we can plan it at the plinth level by installing LLDP (Low Linear Density Polythene) pipes on the Joints of the internal wall. Same kind of treatment will be done to the external perimeter also. The job, which will be completed at flooring level, will be tested in the presence of your representative and the duly completed infrastructure will be handed over to you by creating The Refilling Points, which could be opened, used for periodic filling of pesticides in future. Infrastructure Installation is a very cost effective method of treatment and is a new milestone revolutionary concept as far as anti-termite treatment is concerned.

The advantages of this treatment are as under:

  • Drilling the floor every time for pump the pesticide is not required.
  • Tedious work for removing the articles stored in the area is not required.
  • Pesticides odor will not disturb anybody by adopting this system.
  • No exposure of insecticides to occupants of the building.
  • Installation of piping system is warranted for Life Time and the filling of pesticide for every 3 years from the treatment.
  • The pesticide filling will be done through the Refilling Points fixed outside the building, which will enable the filling of pesticides without any disturbance.
  • The pesticide filled through the Refilling Points will spread in the Entire area and will protect the structure and articles from termites.

Bird Spike

A bird control spike, also known as an anti-roosting spike or roost modification, is a device consisting of long, needle-like rods used for bird control. They can be attached to building ledges, street lighting, and commercial signage to prevent wild or feral birds from perching or roosting. Birds can produce large quantities of unsightly and unhygienic feces, and some birds have very loud calls that can be inconvenient for nearby residents, especially at night. As a result, bird control spikes are used to deter these birds without causing them harm or killing them.

Bird control deterrent spikes are normally around 1 foot (30 cm) long, and work by reducing the area available for birds to land on. This forces larger varieties of birds, such as seagulls, pigeons, and crows to land elsewhere. The birds only get stabbed slightly and are usually unharmed. As a result, the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) recommends bird control spikes for deterring pigeons from gardens.
